1. Purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern distance sales concluded via the Prince e-commerce website princesports.eu.
Groupe Magellan SA, a public limited company with share capital of EUR 250,000.00, whose registered office is located at ZI de Tharabie - 1, rue du Mollaret - 38070 Saint-Quentin-Fallavier - France, registered with the Vienne Trade and Companies Register under number 480 277 425, company registration number 480277425.
These Terms apply exclusively to sales made through the Prince e-commerce website princesports.eu.
By validating an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.
The website is intended exclusively for retail sales to consumers. Any resale or commercial use is prohibited.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website on the day the Customer consults it, subject to availability.
Each product is accompanied by a description setting out its essential characteristics.
Photographs, illustrations, visuals, videos and descriptions are provided with the greatest possible care.
3. Availability
Product offers and prices remain valid as long as they are displayed on the website, subject to stock availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been validated:
- the Customer may be refunded for the unavailable product;
- or refunded only for the unavailable part of the order.
4. Prices
The prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery charges.
Applicable delivery charges are specified before the final validation of the order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
5. Orders
To place an order, the Customer selects the product or products of their choice and adds them to the basket.
The order is definitively recorded when the Customer:
- confirms the contents of the basket;
- completes the requested information;
- accepts these Terms;
- proceeds with payment.
Any validated order constitutes acceptance of the price and these Terms.
6. Customer account
The Customer may order as a guest or create a personal account on the website.
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
7. Payment
Payment is made in euros (€).
The price is payable in full, in one lump sum, at the time of the order.
Payments are secured through a specialized payment service provider.

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.
8.3 Delivery times
Unless otherwise communicated, the order shall be delivered no later than thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract.

8.5 Receipt of products
Upon delivery, the Customer must check the apparent condition of the parcel and the products.
- make precise reservations with the carrier;
- refuse the parcel if necessary;

9. Transfer of risk and title
Risk passes to the Customer when the Customer takes physical possession of the products.
Title to the products passes only upon full payment of the price.
10. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The direct costs of returning the products shall be borne by the Customer.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
- personalized products;
- unsealed products;
- products excluded by applicable regulations.
11. Refund in the event of withdrawal
The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days following the withdrawal request.
12. Returns outside the right of withdrawal
No return may be accepted without prior express agreement.
13. Legal warranties
The Customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects.
13.1 Legal warranty of conformity
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
13.2 Warranty against hidden defects
The Customer may rely on the warranty against hidden defects in accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

14. Liability
- improper use of the products;
- normal wear and tear;
- force majeure;
- fault on the part of the Customer.

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

All elements of the website are protected by intellectual property law.

The Customer may refer free of charge to a consumer mediator.

20. Applicable law – Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
21. Partial invalidity – No waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid.
