Shipping Your Package

Orders are shipped via Chronopost.

The delivery times listed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the time of year.

Unless otherwise communicated to the Customer, the order will be delivered no later than thirty (30) days from the date the contract is concluded.

Return Policy

To ensure your return is accepted and a refund is issued,your return request and the shipment of the items must be completed within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your order. items must strictly comply with the following conditions:

  • Be returned in their original condition (new, unworn, unwashed).

  • Include all original tags and, if possible, be in their original packaging.

  • Any returned product that is damaged, soiled, or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.

Step-by-Step Return Procedure

To return a product, please carefully follow these 3 steps:

1. Register your return on our website

Log into your customer account and go to the "Order history and details" section. Select the relevant order, check the box(es) next to the item(s) you wish to return, state the reason for the return, and click on "Return a product".

2. Print the Return Slip (To be placed INSIDE the package)

Once your request is approved, download and print your Return Slip from your customer account (under the "Returns" section). It is mandatory to slide this document inside your package. This document is essential for our teams to identify your order and process your refund.

3. Pay for postage and send your package (To be taped ON THE OUTSIDE)

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The return slip printed in the previous step does not cover postage. You must therefore purchase a shipping label from the carrier of your choice (La Poste Colissimo, Mondial Relay, etc.) using the following delivery address:

Tape this shipping label clearly on the outside of your package and drop it off with your carrier. We strongly advise you to keep your proof of postage, which includes the package tracking number.

Refund Timeline and Terms

Upon receipt of your package, our teams will inspect the returned items. If the return conditions are met, the refund will be processed within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the return.

The amount will be automatically credited back to the payment method used for the initial purchase. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been approved by our services.
